The Manor of Cann Hall alias Cannon Hall and lands adjoining (no details) in Wanstead, in occupation of John HEWYT [HEWIT?] clerk, by lease at £365 rent; a messuage in Wanstead in occupation of Thomas COOMBS by lease at £323 rent; 3 fields and a parcel of marsh in Wanstead except Little Moor Field in Low Leyton , in his own occ., lately leased at £380 rent.
