All Hallows Bread Street,
(1.24 mi. north of city center) London
Allhallows Bread Street (1.24 mi. north of city centre) was destroyed by the Great Fire in 1666, rebuilt, then demolished in 1876. St John The Evangelist Friday Street was united to Allhallows Bread Street in 1670.* Both were then united to St Mary le Bow in 1876. Allhallows parish records are in the Guildhall Library: baptisms 1538-1892, marriages 1538-1876, marriage licenses 1840-66, burials 1538-1851. *St John The Evangelist Friday Street (1.24 mi. north of city centre) was destroyed in the Great Fire of 1666 and not rebuilt. Two children, jane and Dorothy, were christened in Beaconsfield in 1633 and 1634.
