St Olave Hart Street (Fenchurch Street) survived the Great Fire of 1666, but was badly damaged in 1941, and restored after. Allhallows Staining united with St Olave in 1870.* St Katherine Coleman was united to St Olave Hart Street in 1921. Parish records are at the Guildhall Library: baptisms 1706-1978, marriages 1704-1961, banns 1754-1815 & 1823-6 & 1840-1936, burials 1801-1853. The registers for baptisms 1563-1706, marriages 1563-1704, burials 1563-1801 are retained by the incumbent. A A partial index to baptisms and marriages for the years 1563-1878 is in the IGI.
