Hampton Parish, abt 13 mi. west southwest of the centre of the City of London, and abt two mi. from Twickenham Parish with the chapelry of Hampton-Wick… The living is a perpetual curacy, in the archdeaconry of Middlesex, and diocese of London, and in the patronage of the Vicar of Hampton. This place is within the jurisdiction of a court of requests for the recovery of debts under 40s., held during the summer half year at Brentford, and during the winter at Uxbridge… stone bridge over the Thames to Kingston
