NOTE: Silas Combs Sr. born October 5, 1916 in Knott County Kentucky, place of residence was Yellow Mountain. He passed on January 7, 1991 in Battle Creek Michigan. He married Drucilla Jene Wallen, the daughter of Earl Wallen and Rhoda Frasure. According to the family history of Anita Mullins the Martha Southwood above was known as Martha Armstrong.
